Pretty Little Paws practises Fear Free grooming: gentle handling, positive reinforcement and letting each dog settle at its own pace, with one groomer working with one family's pet from start to finish.
One-on-one means one groomer per pet, not an empty salon. Exclusive use of the salon with no other dogs present is a special accommodation that costs extra and has to be agreed before booking.
Owner Shannon Long started as a dog bather in 2005, trained at Nash Academy of Animal Arts in 2007 and is AKC S.A.F.E. certified.
