The salon works with all breeds of cats and dogs and specializes in difficult pets that other shops turn away, taking the time to learn what sets a pet off.

Open Monday to Friday: drop-off between 8 and 10 am, closing at 3 pm, with nail-trim appointments daily between 10 am and 2 pm. New clients fill out an intake form.

For a matted pet the salon recommends a shave-down over brushing out, to avoid brush burn.
