Most visits last 1.5 to 4.5 hours depending on coat, size and temperament; tell the salon at drop-off if you are on a tight schedule.
Online booking is preferred and includes short intake forms. Pick-up and drop-off is available in select areas for an extra fee. Payment by cash, Venmo, Cash App or Zelle; no cards.
