Groomers work in the open rather than behind a wall, and every visit starts with a five-point check of skin, coat, eyes, ears, nails and teeth so you and your stylist can agree on the right service.
The salon will never recommend a cut that would hurt, and may stop a groom if a dog shows unsafe levels of distress. Cat grooming has limited availability, on Mondays only, at this Edinburg salon.
