Good to know

Max's is an all-natural pet market with a cage-free grooming salon under the same roof. There are no kennel dryers: every coat is hand blow-dried, and dogs are free to move around the salon while they wait.

Every groom includes a bath with a coat-specific shampoo, a hand blow-dry, ear cleaning with gentle ear hair removal and a nail trim. An anal gland check is available on request.

Appointments are scheduled by time, and the salon calls about 15 minutes before your pet is ready. Late pickup fees may apply, so let the salon know if you are running behind.

Please do not book a dog that is aggressive or reactive, in heat or pregnant, or under sedation.

On the booking system, grooming runs Tuesday to Saturday 8am to 7pm and Sunday 9am to 5pm, with no Monday grooming times; the store itself lists 8am to 7pm daily.
