Bathing uses a massaging pump system, then a high-velocity dryer and fans at room temperature, with no heat drying.

The shop is closed Sunday and Monday and grooms Tuesday to Saturday by appointment; nail trims and other a la carte services are walk-in. Allow several days for a weekday and at least a week for a Saturday; prebooking up to 6 months ahead is available.

Current rabies vaccination is required. Severely matted dogs are clipped short, and extra charges may apply for matted, aggressive or special-needs pets.
