Owner Kimber Smith is a National Certified Master Groomer who shows her own dogs and competes in grooming contests.
Appointments are required. Most dogs are dropped off in the morning and picked up that afternoon.
Brushing out heavy matting before the appointment helps; excessive matting may mean the dog is shaved for comfort.
Self-wash tubs with a hydraulic lift tub for large dogs are also on site.
