Lulu's Dog Pawlour opened in Franklin in 2011. All breeds are welcome, and dogs can roam freely inside a gated area before and after their groom instead of waiting in a crate.
Owner Shannon Koehler has groomed professionally since 2006, grew up around her family's kennel and grooming business, and taught grooming for about three years after training as a grooming instructor.
The salon works Tuesday to Saturday by appointment.
