Lucky Puppy grooms dogs with an all-inclusive approach: every full-service groom includes one of seven shampoos chosen for the coat, hydrating conditioner, a conditioning or volumizing spray, ear cleaning (plucking on request), nose and paw balm, a tearless yucca facial, nail trimming and buffing, anal gland expression on request and a signature or seasonal fragrance.

The salon follows AKC S.A.F.E. Grooming and Barkleigh storage and sanitation standards.

Booking, pet registration, file uploads and payment run through the salon's app, which also sends real-time updates with process photos and pick-up times.

Puppy grooms are for dogs under six months; the salon suggests starting at 8 to 12 weeks, after the first set of shots, and coming back every 2 to 4 weeks. Puppies under 16 weeks need Bordetella and DHPP vaccinations; rabies is not required under 16 weeks.
