Kismet K9 Pet Spa is run by owner and pet stylist Nikki West, a groomer since 2004 who holds a canine esthetician certification, AKC S.A.F.E. and pet CPR and first aid certifications. The salon focuses on the pet's comfort as well as its look, with a particular interest in allergy-sensitive and anxious dogs.

Enrichment grooming pairs the groom with calming activities so the visit feels safe and positive. Nail trims are also available as a walk-in during business hours.

Sensory grooming, or an express straight-through appointment, is booked by phone for a 9 am start and costs an extra $30.
