Good to know
Julian's Pet Grooming has groomed dogs and cats in El Paso since 1966 and runs three stores across the city; this is the far west store on Desert Blvd by Redd Rd. Every full groom includes a bow or bandana and perfume at no extra charge, and all grooming carries a 24-hour warranty: if you are not happy, the groomer will fix it on the spot.
Rabies records or tags are required on the first visit. Dogs with an existing condition need a signed release, and the salon asks you to sign or decline the sanitary cut. Prices are confirmed once the salon sees the dog, and card payments carry a 2% charge.
Online appointments stay pending until staff approve them, and walk-ins are seen after appointments. At this store Wednesday appointments are only for more than one dog getting a full groom. Expect waits on Wednesdays, Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, even with an appointment.
