Good to know

The salon puts your pet's comfort ahead of the look. The groomer is certified and also a Reiki practitioner, and works at each animal's pace, which suits anxious, senior and first-time pets. Nervous pets get a slow introduction to tools and touch, breaks when needed and calming Reiki before and during the groom.

Large breeds and heavy coats get thorough de-shedding, de-matting and fluff drying, with joint-friendly handling for seniors. Puppies start with short, positive sessions.

Cats get brushing and de-shedding, sanitary and paw pad trims, nail trims, and a bath or water-free option. Small pets get nail trims and coat care.

A valid rabies certificate is required for every dog and cat when booking.
