Good to know

Groomers are trained through a professional groomer certification program, and each bath starts with a skin assessment so shampoos suit the dog's skin and coat.

Allow 2 1/2 to 3 hours for a grooming session; dogs get breaks rather than standing on the table for long stretches. The salon does not offer daycare or boarding, so please pick up within an hour of the ready call.

Rabies vaccination is required. Because there is no vet on staff, the salon has an age limit: 14 for small dogs, 12 for large dogs and 11 for extra-large breeds.

  • Non-slip rugs and runners

    Non-slip rugs and runners

Hard floors are where older dogs slip. A runner along their usual route gives them grip.
