Self-wash stations stocked with all the washing supplies, set up so a bath does not turn into the back-breaking mess it is at home, with staff on hand to lend a hand. The stations are meant to be easy to use, and the shop cleans up afterwards.
For liability reasons nobody may perform a full groom on the premises, and clippers, scissors or any tool the shop does not supply are not allowed inside the facility.
