Good to know
Grooms take at least 3 hours depending on size, coat and behaviour, and most dogs are slow-dried in a kennel. Please pick up within an hour of the ready notice to avoid a late fee.
The spa offers pick-up and drop-off transport on select weekdays, and has a boutique with treats, toys, accessories and personalized tags.
If fleas are found, a flea bath is required before grooming, for a fee. Difficult handling and matting can add fees; a coat that can't be brushed out safely may need shaving. There are no refunds on grooms, but concerns raised within 48 hours are reviewed.
