Good to know

A small grooming studio in Shaw that grooms in stages with breaks rather than keeping a dog on the table for hours. No muzzles or hard restraints are used, crates are only for drying with unheated room-temperature air, and each groomer takes no more than five dogs a day.

Dematting is limited to small areas; severely matted dogs are clipped down with the owner's approval. Dogs must be free of live fleas and ticks. The studio grooms dogs up to 55 lbs and may decline some large and guarding breeds.

Drop-offs are 9:45 am to 12 pm and pick-ups 2:30 pm to 5:30 pm. New clients register online with vaccination records (rabies, Bordetella and DAPP/DHPP) and a photo, then have a short call. Puppies starting out can join a six-month monthly grooming programme. Recurring appointments should be no more than 8 weeks apart. Payment by Venmo, CashApp, PayPal, check or cash.
