Dawgs N Whiskers is a locally owned pet supply store and grooming salon in Sandy, founded in 2015.
Cats are groomed in their own area away from the dogs. Every cat gets a de-shed shampoo and de-shed brushing with a minimum of three shampoo and rinse cycles, and there are no extra charges for sanitary or belly shaves.
The salon follows 'humanity over vanity': severely matted dogs are shaved rather than brushed out. Expect about four hours for a groom; the team keeps owners updated if running behind and talks through any price changes.
