Open seven days, with walk-ins daily from 9:00 to 3:00 and Sundays by appointment only; early morning and late afternoon appointments are available. The shop encourages getting on a recurring schedule or booking about two weeks ahead.

Proof of vaccination or a current titer test and your veterinarian's details are needed before grooming. Owners must say if a pet bites or is aggressive; a muzzle may be used, and a handling fee from $20 can apply. Senior pets and pets with health problems are groomed for cleanliness and comfort in styles that do not add to their stress. Fleas or ticks found during the groom mean a flea and tick shampoo at an extra charge.

You get an estimated finish time at drop-off and a call or text when your pet is ready; pick-up is asked within an hour, after which a $20 per hour holding fee applies. Drop-off is no earlier than 15 minutes before the appointment unless arranged.

Opened in 2012 and now owned by Judy, the shop stocks dog food and products alongside the salon, and has a mobile groomer, Dro, who comes to you.
