- How long a groom takes
Pets are kept as short a time as possible, usually 1 1/2 to 3 hours.*
- Pickup
Customers have a max of 3 hours after called to pick up their pet or a day care charge will be added.
- Vaccine records required
All pets must be up to date on yearly DHLP, Parvo, Rabies, and Kennel Cough.
