Good to know

Full grooms and cat grooms are priced by breed, weight, age, coat condition, temperament and service; the salon gives an estimate when you book.

Founded in Venezuela, the salon brings more than 25 years of grooming experience to its Lakeville shop. The owner specialises in patterned cuts, creative color and hand stripping, and the team welcomes seniors, pets in training and pets with behavioural or physical challenges.

Walk-in services (bath and neaten, nails, face and feet trims, glands, brushing) need a call ahead between 9am and 4pm, Monday to Saturday, to check availability.

Up-to-date vaccinations are required. A liability release waiver is used for matted and elderly pets. Groom fixes are offered within 7 days of the appointment.
