Good to know
Animal Hut opened on May 1, 1989 and is a family-owned, female-owned grooming salon and pet shop in Penn Hills. Grooms include baths, blow-drying, brushing, haircuts, nail clipping, ear cleaning and de-shedding treatments, and free grooming consultations are offered to new and existing clients by appointment.
The shop stocks natural, grain-free food for dogs and cats, plus treats, toys and supplies.
Grooming is by appointment. The shop lists Tuesday to Saturday, 9 am to 5 pm, closed Sunday and Monday, and grooming appointments run Tuesday to Saturday from 8:30 am to 1 pm.
