Andy's takes short hair to long hair and small to extra-large dogs, and cats as well. Full-service grooms and show-quality cuts for schnauzers, poodles, doodles, bichons, terriers, bouviers, shih tzus, labradoodles, goldendoodles, schnoodles and cockapoos, plus trims, baths, soft paws, flea and tick treatments, nail care and ear cleaning. The shop also carries accessories, toys, healthy food and treats.

Grooming a matted or uncooperative pet, a puppy, a senior or a disabled pet is more work for the groomers, so the price is set accordingly. If fleas turn up during a bath or a groom, the pet is given a flea bath straight away and the fee is waived for first-time customers.

Prepaid packages have to be approved by management, may not apply to certain breeds, can only be used at the store where they were bought, and expire a year after the purchase date. Andy's will never ring you and ask for payment over the phone.
