Turtle shell growth

Hi, I have a young sulcata tortoise named Squirtle. His shell looks a little uneven—the front is slightly taller than the back, and there are some small raised areas. I’m worried about whether this is normal growth or early pyramiding. I currently feed him calcium without vitamin D3 and he gets natural sunlight when I can take him outside. I’m working on getting proper indoor UVB and tips i can improve on for healthy growing?
