Our indoor female dog weighs about 50 lbs

Our indoor female dog weighs about 50 lbs. She started having diarrhea couple days. I gave her some pumpkin it stopped for few days and started again. Going out every couple hrs at night. Today she threw up in her crate. What can I do?
