my dog is 3 years old, 10 lb is a Bichon frize

my dog is 3 years old, 10 lb is a Bichon frize. she has been vomiting a thin liquid that's yellowish and some that is brown all day and it is now 8:00 p.m. this isn't usual for her but her stomach doesn't seem swollen, and she's been drinking water like usual. she's also able to walk normally and go downstairs normally. now she has a thick saliva liquid that may be drool covering her mouth.
