I was considering ibuprofen for the inflammation after doing some research but I’m not…

Hi my pig’s leg is broken they said it won’t be able to reattach because of her weight but she’s in a lot of pain and she’s crying and I don’t want her to die because of the pain , so I was wondering if there’s anything I can do or give her. I was considering ibuprofen for the inflammation after doing some research but I’m not sure what the appropriate dose is for a pig of her weight and I don’t want to give her the incorrect amount.

Want a licensed vet to look at this too? We will put it in front of the vets who answer here, and post their reply on this thread.

If the bill is the part that's hard

Ask the practice first: many will split a bill in-house, and it costs nothing to ask. If not, these are the two plans most pet owners use.

  • Scratchpay. A payment plan for vet bills you apply for in about a minute, used at the practices that take it.
  • CareCredit. A card for health and vet costs that most practices accept.

PawsRx may be paid when you apply. Approval and terms are the lender's, we never see your application, and we don't choose one for you.
