my dog is 3 years old, 10 lb is a Bichon frize

my dog is 3 years old, 10 lb is a Bichon frize. she has been vomiting a thin liquid that's yellowish and some that is brown all day and it is now 8:00 p.m. this isn't usual for her but her stomach doesn't seem swollen, and she's been drinking water like usual. she's also able to walk normally and go downstairs normally. now she has a thick saliva liquid that may be drool covering her mouth.

A licensed veterinarian’s answer

Hello sorry to hear your dog isn't doing well. From what I can read, the dog may be fairly nauseous. I'd recommended getting her evaluated by a veterinarian as soon as possible. If you can provide how long the vomiting has been occurring, appetite, and any pictures of vomitus would allow me to further assess the urgency of the condition.
