Hi! I just came across your post and wanted to check in. How is he doing now? Were you able to take him to the vet? A red mark on the cornea is definitely something I would recommend having checked by a veterinarian, since eye problems can sometimes get worse quickly. I would also have the bump near his penis checked at the same time. I hope he's doing better now!
