I recently noticed a lump in his testical today but he gets neutered next week.
Sorry to see your dog has a growth. I would just make your veterinarian aware of the growth before his neuter. Many testicular growths are cured with neutering. Body wide diagnostics can be performed at you and your veterinarian's discretion if there is concern for a malignant growth.
