Whisker Bones Supply Co. is a veteran and family-owned pet salon, treat bakery and boutique on Main Street in Edwardsville. The stylists use all-natural, botanically based products.

The salon takes dogs from 7:30 AM every day until the day's grooms are done, and calls as soon as each pet is finished rather than holding dogs in a kennel all day. Closed on major holidays. The shop itself is open Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm and weekends 9am to 4pm.

All grooms are by appointment; walk-in nail trims are welcome Thursday to Monday, 9am to 2pm, with none on Tuesday or Wednesday. Puppies are welcome from 8 weeks. One-on-one sessions with the owner, a certified trainer, are available after hours.

The salon will not force a pet through a service and prefers shaving to painful de-matting of severely matted coats, calling the owner first. Dogs need current vaccination records on the first visit.
