- Nervous or anxious pets
When a pet becomes anxious, scared, aggressive, or even overly playful, we will slow down the service and help them return to a state of calm.
- Calm, low-stress setting
I travel to groom your pet where they feel right at home, ensuring the best possible setting for a calm service.
- One pet at a time
I see one dog at a time and offer my undivided attention for the duration of the groom.

Good to know
Village Blue Grooming comes to your home in Incline Village and works with one dog at a time, straight through, with no other dogs present. You are welcome to stay for the appointment.
The owner, Jamie Gravittwood, began as a bather in 2015 and has groomed full time since 2016, including salon management and boutique salon work in San Francisco.
Every new client starts with a free 30-minute consultation to meet the dog, gauge its comfort with grooming and check the space available at home.
Grooming is behavior-first: a step the dog is not ready for is not forced, and the time is spent teaching the dog to accept it instead. Because of this, the charge is for time spent with the dog rather than for completed services.
Calls are not answered during appointments; messages are usually returned by text at the end of the work day.
