The standard grooming package includes a bath and blow dry, haircut or tidy trim, nail trimming, ear cleaning, sanitary and paw pad trim, and anal gland expression for dogs if needed.
Groomers Gayane and Natalie bring 10 and 11 years of experience. The salon is cleaned and disinfected daily with germicidal lamps, pets are never left unattended, and drying is closely watched. Anxious pets are handled slowly with breaks.
A groom usually takes 1 to 3 hours. Local pick-up and drop-off is available for an extra fee based on distance. Dogs need current rabies, DHPP and Bordetella vaccines; puppies are welcome after at least two rounds of shots, and proof is needed at the first visit.
