Sydney's Pet Spa opened in Leawood in 2006 as a boarding, daycare and grooming resort. Its grooming parlor is designed like a human hair salon, with checkered tiles and Hydro-Surge baths that massage the skin while they wash.
Every groom finishes with a bow or bandana and a splash of the resort's own doggie cologne.
