Splash and Dash Groomerie & Boutique in Middletown is locally owned by Tommy and Kelly, longtime Louisville residents, and is part of the Splash and Dash franchise.

The salon describes a safety-first set-up: slip-free bathing tethers, self-locking doors, self-latching kennels for short periods and easy-access ramps for older or disabled dogs. Owners get a text the moment their dog is finished, and staff will walk the dog out to the car on request.
