Simply Grooming by Gia is co-owned by Gia Trapani and Jennifer Orton, an AKC certified groomer in safety and poodles and a certified canine esthetician. The team includes National Certified Master Groomers, among them Barb Hoover, an industry educator whose work centers on puppies and dogs that find grooming hard, and Katelyn Peterman, who specializes in senior dogs, dogs with limited mobility and anxious dogs.

The shop welcomes dogs of all ages, sizes and breeds, bully breeds included, and uses biodegradable grooming products and natural cleaners.

Dog appointments run Tuesday to Saturday and are usually booked 1 to 2 weeks out. Cats are groomed on Mondays.
