- Muzzle policy
We don't muzzle unless your pet specifically requests it.
- Pickup
Please do not return to the shop until you have gotten a phone call from us informing you that your pet is ready.
- Vaccine records required
It is strongly advised that all pets be up to date on all vaccinations, and Rabies immunization is required in order to get grooming services.
