Premier Pet Salon is a local, family-owned dog salon open since 2008, with a team of more than 40 years' combined experience. Its straight-through grooming method keeps each dog's visit shorter and less stressful and lets the team get to know every dog.

Proof of rabies vaccination is required before the appointment. Dogs with fleas cannot be groomed, and matted coats are discussed with the owner first, since shaving mats takes extra time. There is no boarding, so dogs go home the same day. The salon gives 10% of its proceeds to The Bond Between, a local animal shelter nonprofit.
