Pono's Pooch Spa is a small Hawthorne grooming shop run by a groomer who was born and raised in Tokyo and has been grooming dogs since 2016.
Every bath uses all-natural, chemical-free Envirogroom shampoo, with specialty shampoos for dry skin or fleas on request.
The shop lists its hours as Monday to Saturday, 9am to 5pm. Appointments are made by call or text.
