Good to know
Every dog is washed twice, the first time to clean and the second to treat and condition the skin and coat. Mats are brushed out where possible; the salon talks to the owner before shaving a matted coat.
The groomers do clipper work and hand scissoring and focus on practical pet cuts that are easy to keep up.
Proof of current rabies and Bordetella vaccination is needed for every service, and pets are groomed at least 48 hours after a vaccine. Sedated pets, pets with open wounds, and pets in heat, pregnant or nursing are not taken. Appointments are made by phone.
