Good to know

Owner Vania Velotta has groomed professionally since 1996 after working as a kennel attendant and veterinary assistant, and specializes in pets with a history of aggression or other challenging behavior. Grooming is collaborative, aiming for the pet's health, happiness and looks, in that order.

The studio is in a private residence, so there are no walk-ins or drop-in hours. The entrance is on the left as you come up the driveway, off the right side of the house. Most pets are ready in under two hours, and the studio calls when yours is done. The first appointment of the day is at 11 am.

The studio does not demat heavily tangled coats; badly matted pets must agree to a short clip. Flea problems should be treated with your vet before booking. There is no bath-only service, and between-groom services are no longer offered. Space for new clients is limited.
