Good to know
On Point Pet Resort is a Northern Kentucky boarding and doggie daycare resort that also grooms.
New grooming clients fill in a grooming form and a grooming contract before the first visit. Tell the groomers about any allergies, skin sensitivities or medical conditions so they can choose the right products, and be specific about haircut style, nail length or areas to avoid. A favourite toy, blanket or a worn t-shirt with your scent can help an anxious pet settle.
Payment is by card or cash only; checks are not accepted, and card payments carry a 3% processing fee.
