- Pickup
We will notify you using the phone number you provided in our system 15 minutes prior to the completion of your dog’s groom. You will have 30 minutes after grooming is complete to pick up your dog.
- Vaccine records required
Please remember to bring your dog's rabies vaccination information for your groom.

Good to know
Every groom is one dog at a time, start to finish, and each groomer takes on five dogs a day.
Each dog goes home with a free toy, a treat and a make-your-own puppuccino.
The salon does not groom Alaskan Malamutes, Newfoundlands, Great Danes, Great Pyrenees, Chow Chows, Bernese Mountain Dogs or pregnant dogs. Proof of rabies vaccination (paperwork, not tags) is required.
If you are unhappy with a groom, bring your dog back within 48 hours for a free touch-up.
