Michele owns the shop and grooms herself; in 2024 she marked her 38th year as a groomer, working with scores of breeds and thousands of dogs. She designed the store with a window in every room so clients can watch every part of the grooming process, and dogs roam free before and after their groom instead of waiting in cages. Dogs that are spayed or neutered, social, flea-free and house-trained are welcome to play together.

Open Thursday through Monday from 7:30 am, and the first Wednesday of each month; closed Tuesday. Regular clients can join a maintenance program that keeps a standing appointment day and time. Staff will come out to the car for anyone who prefers not to come inside.

Michele has volunteered with the Inland Valley Humane Society for 18 years, fosters special-needs dogs and orphaned puppies, and the shop has sponsored the annual Dog Walk in May since 2001.
