Hair of the Dog was established in Claremont in 1987 and takes pride in keeping the shop a clean and friendly place for pets. The grooming and daycare area is open to view, so owners can see where their dog spends the day, and there is always plenty of room to play. All of the groomers are trained and experienced in all breeds.
The shop sits behind the Armstrong nursery on N Claremont Blvd. It also sells custom dog collars and a Dog-Out tie-out system, toys, grooming products and shampoos, and organic foods and treats.
