Good to know
Liz Ibarra owns the salon and grooms every dog herself. She learned the trade over many years working in and managing her family's pet service shop.
She grooms puppies and adults of every size, style and breed, uses natural shampoos and conditioners, and sanitizes her tools before each dog.
The salon is open Monday and Wednesday to Saturday, 9:30 am to 4:30 pm, with Tuesday and Sunday by appointment. Walk-ins are welcome; booking a day or two ahead guarantees a space.
The shop is between Alondra Blvd. and Compton Blvd., and sees dogs from Lynwood, Paramount, Carson, South Gate, Gardena, Downey and Long Beach.
