Good to know

Open 8:30 am to 5:00 pm four days a week, always closed Thursday and Sunday; the salon publishes a calendar of its days of operation.

Proof of rabies, distemper, parvo and Bordetella vaccination is needed before a first appointment, given at least 3 days before the visit; titer results are accepted.

Dogs are crated between steps for safety. A typical groom takes 3 to 4 hours. Anal gland expression is not offered. Severely matted coats may cost extra, and late pick-up after closing is $1 a minute.

Payment is due at pick-up by cash, card or check; card payments carry a 3% processing fee.
