De-matting and extra-care needs are assessed by the groomer, and the owner is contacted before any fee is added.

Grooming here is built on patience, a gentle hand and the dog's comfort. The groomers scissor to breed standard, hand dry with dryers rather than cages, and give breaks and naps to senior dogs and puppies.

Short-haired breeds such as boxers, pit bulls and French bulldogs usually get a full-service bath rather than a clipper groom.

Grooming dogs are picked up once the groom is finished. The grooming kennels are small and not meant to hold a dog for long, so a $5 hourly late pick-up fee starts after two hours.

Every dog needs a vaccination record from a licensed veterinarian at least 48 hours before arrival, showing rabies, DHLPP, bordetella, canine influenza and leptospirosis.
