Good to know
Hippie Hounds was started in 2016 by two groomers, Amanda and Aaron, and has grown to a 4,000 sq ft shop. Every dog is welcome regardless of breed, age, size, behavior or condition, and the team works one groomer to one dog.
Products are gentle and plant-based. Dogs get 15-minute breaks between grooming stages, and kennel or cage dryers are never used.
Appointments are required for grooming and haircuts. Nail trims, ear cleaning, toothbrushing and the self-wash are walk-in; the last self-wash must start 30 minutes before closing. Proof of state-required vaccinations is needed for every groom.
