Sometimes we run late.. we may have a nervous Nellie or a grumpy Gus, which requires more of our one on one time.

Additional time may be needed for larger dogs, or special needs pups that need multiple breaks, or dogs with thick or matted fur.

A typical grooming procedure takes about 3-5 hours.

Good to know
A small, mom-owned salon with a team of seven, including an owner-groomer with 20 years of experience. The groomers work with seniors and with deaf, blind, arthritic and diabetic dogs.
A typical groom takes 3 to 5 hours, and the salon calls when your pet is ready. Dogs are crated in view of the groomers when they are not on the table, and they always have water. Pets that are sick must be symptom-free for 48 hours before a visit.
Nail trims don't need an appointment, though calling the day before cuts the wait. Pets not picked up by 5 pm carry a $25 pet sitting fee. Cash, check, Venmo and Zelle are free; cards carry a 4% surcharge.
