Grooming prices are estimates set after the groomer meets your dog and checks the coat; peak pricing may apply over major holidays and school breaks.

Grooming can be booked on its own or as a departure service after a lodging stay or a day of daycare. The salon has walk-in showers, water softeners and air-temperature dryers, and hypoallergenic, scent-free shampoo is available.

A groom usually takes 2 to 3 hours. Please arrive 5 to 10 minutes early and pick up within an hour of the ready call. You can ask for a favourite groomer, and owners wait in the lobby, where a webcam shows the grooming room.

DHLPP, Bordetella, rabies and canine flu (H3N8 and H3N2) vaccinations are required.
